Sammie Milhouse was born February 26, 1978 in Bamberg, South Carolina. Sammie “Shakehouse” Milhouse is the son of Sammie Milhouse, Jr. and Late Rev. Betty J. Milhouse.
Training for the 2012 Olympics, Sammie “Shakehouse” Milhouse, is a 21-7 welterweight amateur boxer focusing on his goal to represent the United States for the Gold Medal. Sammie’s Pro debut is coming soon. As a lean and highly conditioned 152 lbs, Sammie “Shakehouse” Milhouse dominates the ring. He endures rigorous workouts 6 days a week, includes up to 9 miles of running a day and speed/heavy bag workouts. He maintains a healthy diet and follows a meticulous schedule of all-natural vitamins and health supplements to fuel his body for intense training.
Sammie Milhouse is a 2x certified personal trainer, nutritional coach and owner of Shakehouse Boxing in Bamberg, South Carolina as well as a multiple Golden Gloves Champion and multiple State Champion including 2011 South Carolina Golden Glove Champion, 2011 USA Champion, 2010 Quarter Finalist in National Pal boxing competition, 2011 Last Chance Qualifier Quarterfinalist, 2010 Georgia State Golden Gloves Champion, 2010 Lorin-Forrest State Champion, 2010 Georgia Games State Champion, 2009 Georgia Games Silver Medalist, 2009 Blue & BBQ Two South Region Title Champion, and 2009 5th Annual Memorial Boxing Show Champion, Sammie “Shakehouse” Milhouse is a competitive force in the sport of boxing.

Sammie “Shakehouse” Milhouse trains with World Champions and Olympic Medalist to sharpen his craft of boxing in his Quest to become a World Champion himself. In a course of just over 4 years, Sammie “Shakehouse” Milhouse has extensively trained and focused his mind to achieving immaculate health and ultimate performance in the sport of boxing.

A proud father and college graduate from the Art Institute of Atlanta in Video Production, Sammie “Shakehouse” Milhouse continues to push the envelope in the sport of boxing.
